Third-Party Services
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our services, provide services on our behalf, or assist us in analyzing how our services are used.
Guide and Studio Analytics
Our Google Analytics and Plausible integrations record clicks to official research sources and alternative-provider documentation, expansion of evidence history, and Studio actions. Studio events distinguish entry or generation clicks from returned speech results and connected or completed voice sessions. Download events record a click, not confirmation that a file was saved. Custom event parameters include the page path, a fixed provider or source label, and an action type; they do not include scripts, transcripts, audio, email addresses, operation identifiers or signed audio URLs. These events help us understand which guides and workflows are useful. Analytics delivery can be limited by browser settings or blockers, so event totals are not a complete billing or usage record.
Voice Tools
Live Talk processes microphone audio through the configured GPT-Live provider. Text to Speech sends your script and voice selection to HeyGen to generate audio. Account identifiers, credit transactions, and operation records are processed to authenticate requests, meter usage, and recover interrupted operations. These providers process the inputs required for the selected task under their own applicable policies. Public Block research recordings are hosted by Block; playing them requests media from Block's website. The research project is separate from our voice service.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
